64bit On GIGABYTE - Motherboard - GA-EX58-UD4P

Hello ! i have GIGABYTE - Motherboard GA-EX58-UD4P.
Why can't i install 64bit on VirtualBox ? my Bios is the latest. Virtualization is enable.

i am running win 7 64bit ??



What can cause this?

Your processor as well as the bios must support hardware virtualization and be enabled to be able to run 64-bit guests.

I know! the motherboard support - that is for sure.
and i have intel i7 920 processor,

please help me. what can cause this ?

in the bios i have virtualization on Enable

If you have another VM working then turn VT-x on in that, then post the log file from a session - post as a zipped attachment please.

I don't have another VM working..

When i start to install server 2008 r2 on my virtualbox i get error 0xc0000225
