USB problem

I have installed the VB with USB support. And I disabled USB support in VM settings. While I was running VM or after I turned off the VM, I wanted to go surf using USB wireless network card. But the host OS did not recognise the usb card after it had been inserted. To make things even worse, the PC stuck at the shutting screen when I turned off the host OS.
No problems occured when I installed the VB without USB module.

All versions I haved used suffer from the same problem.

What can I do? Thanks.
