I have looked at the various discussions about USB passthrough, but I am not sure how to do the following.
I have an NTFS-formatted USB drive. I can plug it to my Mac OS laptop, and read everything off the drive. I can also share its content with my WinXP VM using the shared folders.
But I also need to update some files from the WinXP VM. For that I was hoping to be able to connect the USB drive directly to the WinXP VM so that it can update it directly. Is this at all possible ?

Hmmm. Should have looked deeper.
I just had to define a blank filter, and then the USB device. Works just fine.
