Disappeared menubar and statusbar

I have 10 vm, in one of them (win-xp) is no longer visible menubar and statusbar.
I tried to enable it with the command:

VBoxManage.exe setextradata "xp-ne" GUI/Customizations MenuBar,StatusBar

but to no avail.
if I try with:

VBoxManage.exe setextradata "xp-ne" GUI/Customizations noMenuBar,noStatusBar

the statusbar and menubar disappear on all vm.
When I give the command again:

VBoxManage.exe setextradata "xp-ne" GUI/Customizations MenuBar,StatusBar

the statusbar and menubar back on all except the xp vm

Can you help me?

Probably in scaled mode. Try the (host+C) toggle.

I forgot ... until a few days ago worked quietly, I tried to update VirtualBox to the latest version but nothing to do !

host + c, host + f etc. .... have no effect ....

Post the guests *.vbox file as an attachment.

PS you probably need to change the extension to txt to be able to post it.

the *.vbox file is the guests control file. It's located in the same folder that has the guests *.vdi file
