iPhone and other iOS devices can not be detected

Host OS:OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.1
Guest OS:Windows XP SP3
Both guest additions and extensions were installed.
When connect iPhone from menubar-devices-usb devices-apple iPhone ,Windows can install the driver and can import photos.But iTunes has no iPhone detected on the left.
