VLAN NOT PING Windows XP

Goodmorning,
(sorry for my bad english language i'm italian)..

i have installed virtualbox in a windows 7 64bit pc, and i have created a virtual machine with windows xp.
The virtual machine can ping all pc in the lan, but the PCs can't ping the virtual machine.

In my company we have two switch catalyst 3550 and two vlan (vlan20 for data, vlan30 for voice with cisco ip phone).

You have a olution for me?

No matter what your network config, physical or virtual, ping in one direction and not the other is almost always a firewall issue on the target machine.
