Lost of Internet connection

Hello,

I am a new Oracle VM box user. Here are my personal features :
Host OS : Windows 7
Guest OS : Windows XP
Oracle VM box 4.1.22

The VM works very well, but after 2 or three restarts I am encounetering issues.

The internet connection is lost, whereas it was working before.
I also have troubles on softwares that require a licence server, installed on the VM. Those applications don't start any more servers aren't found even if they are stored locally.

Does anyone can help me ?
