Hello , I am new to the program "Virtual Box".

Please guide me how to use virtual box...
Just see me as a guy who has heard the name Virtual box first time...
I dont know how to use it.
And Can you give me a link to download Virtual Disk Image? i need of Windows xp!

You have to get a legal copy of a microsoft cd. Its the same as on real hardware.
