VB.net How to connect to a remote vboxwebsrv

I read the VirtualBox SDK pdf-document without success.

All i want is to connect to from a client (192.168.0.200) to a remote virtualbox webservice running (192.168.0.200).

Is there some sort of API that i can use in order to connect?
