VirtualBox 4.1.20 in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion stuck in window

Hello,

Information: VirtualBox 4.1.20 in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.

Problem: I can't use mission control conner's (they wont work) when I'm in Windows XP virtual machine. Can get out from machine only then press HOTKEY + H (minimize). Guest tools is installed, few times try.

I had before VirtualBox (not remember version) on OS X 10.7 Lion and install Windows XP, then I copied after 1 year VirtualBox machine's folder to new laptop with Mountain Lion and install new VirtualBox, add from copied machine folder Windows XP virtual disk and run. All works fine, but now when I'm in Windows XP window I can't use OS X hot conner's and can't switch between OS X windows with TAB + CMD keys like before. Before, on Lion OS X then I'm in Windows XP machine I put mouse to conner and works mission control, can switch OS X windows with TAB key and etc, and now when I'm in Mountain Lion and in Windows XP virtual machine I can't change like before (just stuck in Windows XP and can get out only with HOTKEY + H).

What can be wrong? I installed again Guest and then not helps.

I agree.

While a virtual machine has focus, the OS X hot corners are inactive.
Once the focus to returned to OS X (click outside the vm's window or press the HostKey),
the Hot Corners are active

CMD + TAB on OS X Mountain Lion not working too (on Lions works fine) and I can't switch between OS X app's when I'm in Windows XP..

Here is somewhere option (like somewhere in settings I can choose that)? Before with Lion OS X works fine, I love switch on OS X with TAB between apps and now when I'm in Windows XP I can't work like usual. Common.
