VirtualBox 4.1.20/4.1.18 installation error OS X Lion Server

Hello,

i hope someone can help me. I haven't found a solution using google or the search of this board.

I'm trying to install VirtualBox 4.1.20 on OSX Lion Server and I'm receiving the following errors:
