Internet based program will not load

I use Virtual box to run Windows XP SP3 on Intel Mac hosts, currently running OSX 10.7, in a medical office. We need to run an internet based program called IDS7, which is an x-ray image viewing package. The program will not load on the virtual machine. I have not had this experience with any other program or web site. I have not been able to find any solution.
