Issues connecting Android phone in Guest OS
Posted: 3. Sep 2012, 19:19
Hi All,
I have installed "VirtualBox 4.1.20" on "Fedora 17" on my Compaq Laptop. I have "Windows XP2" OS as guest installed. Iam trying to connect my "LG 3D P920" Android phone to this guest OS, so that I can use the LG PC Sync software to backup the phone as well to do the firmware update etc.
However whenever I am trying to connect my phone it use to detect properly as far as just USB connection is concern. But when I am trying to use the LG PC Sync software to connect the phone it complains "No response from device". I have also installed the "ExtensionPack" as well "GuestAdditions".
Kindly advice me to fix this issue.
Regards,
Uday
