VGA drivers for Win xp guest and Win 7 64x Host

Hi i recently installed Win XP SP2 32x on my virtual machine with Win 7 64x as the host. 
Virutal machines config is
HDD : 15GB
RAM : 2 GB
vedio memory : 128 mb
the sound drivers are working perfectly(without me installing it), but i am experiencing some lag
in my mouse movements, and vedio quality is damn poor..
when i go to My Computer(rt click)-> Manage->Device drivers-> vedio vga dtivers are not installed...i want to install these drivers in my guest (Win XP) some how, plz help me out......
