Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager has stopped working

Host OS: Windows 7 x64
Guest OS: Windows XP x32

I just recently updated to to the latest VirtualBox (v4.1.20 ) and now my Windows XP Guest OS' crash whenever I try to do Windows updates. The following are the details of the crash.
