Two questions, guest ip address and...

I use bridged-networking, and when I go to whatismyip the given ip is the same on my host and guest, why is that?
while the network indicator reads 192.168.1.1?


And the next question is how does the guest modify the host's operating system clipboard when I copy things inside the vm?
