Is there a way to report to a virtual machine that memory is available contiguously even if it is not contiguous on the host?
Along similar lines, shouldn't it be possible to specify how much memory is reported to be available to the host separately than how much of the host memory your virtual machine has access to? These seem to be combined into one setting currently.
