Putting different VMs on different subnets

Hi
I have an iMac running OSX Lion with one physical NIC. The iMac is on a LAN in the premises of a one company that has different buildings. Each building is a different subnet. Here is my situation and what I need to accomplish:
iMac is in Building A, Subnet A connected to LAN and has a static IPv4 Address.
I have multiple VM instances of OpenBSD running on my iMac
Each VM instance has to become part of a different subnet.
VM1 should be part of Subnet of Building A, I want to assign a static IPv4 address
VM2 should be part of Subnet of Building B, I want to assign a static IPv4 address
VM3 should be part of Subnet of Building C, I want to assign a static IPv4 address
Can anybody advise:
1. Do I need to make any changes in the company LAN as it stands
2. How to accomplish the same using Virtual Box
Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
Regards
