I have Vb host installed on Macbook pro mountain lion and running Windows7pro as guest all was good. Updated to VB 4.1.20 and installed the 4.1.20 EP, now USB2 support is not an option. When I go into settings to select the usb2 controller I'm prompted with an exclamation point saying I need to install the guest extension pack, but I have already installed it. What went wrong?

How would I generate a log file and/or where would I find it?
