Running Need for speed on windows 7

Hi
I have installed virtual box on mac leopard and installed windows 7 on virtual box.
I am able to run all the .exe files but when i try to run NFS most wanted on windows 7, nothing comes up not even any error message.
Earlier i used parallels desktop and NFS was running great on that.
Please tell me if i have to to any configurations.
