Error installing extentionpack 4.1.18

I,m trying to install the Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.1.18-78361 but I,m experiencing some trouble, can anybody try to help me out?
any solutions known to solve this issue?
Het is niet gelukt het Extention Pack C:/Users/erideu/Downloads/OS'en/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.1.18-78361.vbox-extpack te installeren.
