Virtual Box error on XP installing Mac 10.6.6

I was trying the install MacOS X Snow Leopard 10.6.6 Universal in my VirtualBox 4.1.18 but it stoped suddenly.. I've tried it 2 times, and the same result..

Here u have my text and image log (attached)

Pls give me a hand.. I need this SO working :?
