Problems connecting to dbconole page on Host

Well this is my first time ever posting, so hopefully it work out for me as well as its worked out for others...I have not been able to find any additional help searching the net. I am trying to setup Oracle 11.2 on my guest (Oracle Linux 6.3), my host PC is on Windows 7. I am running Virtual Box on a Host Only Adapter, the guests hostname is VM4827 and I am able to ping the IP address from the host but not the actual hostname. Below is what my /etc/hosts file is setup as
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
192.168.56.102 VM4827
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
I have successfully installed Oracle and wanted to try to get the dbconsole running, it says it starts up as.... //VM4827:8183/em/console/aboutApplication, but when i go to the website from the host and turn off the proxy I get the below message
Server not found Firefox can't find the server at vm4827.
I think i setup the tnsnames correctly and the listener is running on port 1521 because I can tnsping my database without issue and also connect in sqlplus
