Automatically starting VMs on reboot (not login)

Windows 7 pro client. New to VirtualBox.. actually having other issues.. but a must have is being able to automatically restart VMS on statups with no human login.
Do VMs automatically start up if my host reboots at night or if there is a power failure?
If not, I see no feature to automatically restart. Any good guides? Will I need to create a Windows Service?
