USB not working on Mac OSX Mountain Lion

Hello,
In my WindowsXP or Windows7 guests USB is not working on Virtualbox 4.1.18
Even when i "hard select" the USB in the USB port section of settings.
No USB is working not even a simple hdd or usb stick
Does anyone has a clue what to do?
