Keyboard & Mouse LOCKED/ NOT Working

i am booting virtual box and once i start windows the keyboard and mouse dont work. when i press the LEFT " command " button it gives a option to capture. or i could press "command Q" to get out of virtual box. any help to get it to work normally would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set a filter in the usb section for the mouse and keyboard? If so remove it as they are shared resources and can not be captured by the guest.
