Help w/ installation of Win Server 2008 VM on Vista

Hi,
I created a VM for Windows Server 2008 Std R2 on my Vista 64 bit host (using all of the defaults; I did increase the memory, though). I'm now trying to attach the .iso image, downloaded from Dreamspark, to the virtual CD/DVD drive (screenshot). I'd read this was a viable way to handle the installation, but I continue to get the "FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted" error. At that point, I power off the empty VM.

This is my first experience with VBox and virtualization in general. I'm attempting to load WS 2008 for a class. I guess my question is, can I install the OS this way, or do I have to install the .iso from disk? Or, is there possibly something else that I'm missing???
Thanks

The error says it all. For some reason the ISO is not bootable. If you are sure that it is supposed to be bootable I would test the checksum of the ISO against what the download says is is supposed to be to make sure it did not get corrupt during download.

Like I said I downloaded this directly from MS's Dreamspark site: you're sort of forced to use their download manager which I've read does it own CRC check. As far as I can tell, they don't provide checksums and I cant find any for this file. Anyway, here are the hash values that I came up with. If anyone can confirm them that would be great. For now, I guess I will dl the file again and compare the checksums against what I already have.

File: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, and Web (x64) - DVD (English).iso
CRC-32: c40d22fa
MD5: 9d86a4f4928ac4d5dc1c22f7cfc8cd81
SHA-1: 3af969b76069532f0797600853d5127304d72648

It's unlikely to be the problem, but you should also check the Settings|System|Motherboard tab, ensuring that the CD/DVD device is enabled in the boot order.
