Windows 2000 Professional SP4 won't install

Windows 2000 Professional SP4 won't install
Can't seem to figure out why I can't install W2K Pro SP4 on my VirtualBox VM. I manage to pass the system locale and user locales settings, the cd key and network setup, but after that it just completely restarts. I have unticked all hardware virtualisations and experimented with many settings, the CD is fine as it's the official W2K Pro SP4 genuine CD that I've used with many real machines. Any help how I can verify what the error is?
