Mac OS X Mountain Lion - can't start setup wizard

VirtualBox always says almost the same - see my screenshot in attach. Tried to turn off EFI, but VB wrote "FATAL: no bootable medium found! System halted.'
Current Settings for this machine: Mac OS X x64 version, IO Apic is on, Absolute Pointing devise is Enabled, 2gb ram, 4 cores cpu with PAE/NX, VT-x and Nested Paging, 128mb video iwth 3d acceleration and 1 monitor, IDE controller with DVD-rom as Primary Master and 20gb HDD as Primary Slave
Host Computer: Core i7-870, asus p7p55d-e deluxe, 6gb Ram corsair, 550ti, win7 ult x64, virtualbox 4.1.18 r78361
Please help solve this problem, can't sleep and wait for the repair of my book
