Printer help needed

I am new to Virtualbox running on a Mac Mountain Lion Host with Windows 7 guest. I have a network printer on a home network that is functioning on the mac host. I do not know how to install it on the Windows 7 guest. I run the printer wizard for installing a network printer and it does not find the printer. Can someone help. It would be very appreciated. Thank you

The guest should be configured for "Host only" or "bridged networking". After that it actually isn't a VirtualBox problem, it's a standard networking problem: Google for info on mixing Windows and Mac PCs on the same network.
