Hello,
I have a problem in the terminal window.

When i gave the mount command, for example: sudo mount -t vboxsf FCNI ~/host , i had a text to write a password and the cursor completely stopped and i couldn't write anything in the command line.

I think this could be happened in some cases but i want to know why! and what would be the solution.

Since passwords don't echo how do you know you are not typing anything?
What happens if you type your password (blind) and hit enter?

I wrote it blindly, it gave me the message "sorry try again" or something like this.. It is the same password i enter as a user of AFNI software.

I would think you would need to use your user password. Anyway you need to provide more information.

I read the instructions under the machine settings and realized that i should have had the Guest additions installed. The iso. file for Guest additions is installed on the virtual Box but i still have problems, i had enforced this image file (.iso) to be mounted.

Also when i type the command mount, i get this message (which is new): " mount: only root can do that".

Please help!
