VirtualBox Doesn't Start

Okay, well I have read the manual, the frequently asked questions, and used Google. I also conveniently used the advanced search button and have yet to find something relating to this. When I am playing a game or application that makes use of java.exe and attempt to start Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager, it does not display, however, when I look in the task manager, I see VBoxSVC.exe using 25% of my CPU (I allocated 1/4 cores to my VM) and I see Virtualbox.exe in the task manager. However it does not display. It also does not crash or generate any error unless I kill the process. Then obviously I get an error because the VBoxSVC.exe process was killed.

The way to fix this - for me anyways, is to make sure that no instance of java.exe is running, then attempt to start VBoxSVC.exe and it works fine. Does anyone know if this is a known issue / if there is a fix for it? I make use of Java for banking and having to kill the process in order to run the VirtualBox basically means that I start from square one when connecting to my Bank. The version of Java I am using (surprisingly) is the most recent version 7u5. I say surprisingly because banks are generally very slow to update their Java. I am also using the latest version of VirtualBox.

My host is Windows 7 Ultimate 64x.

Post the VBoxSVC log, as a zipped attachment please. Nothing much we can say without that.
