Windows 7 Guest VPN connection unstable

Hello to all, I have the following scenario. Host and guest running windows 7 Pro, the guest machine must be connected to a VPN to access a remote environment, however, the VPN connection drops constantly which does not occur when I connect to the VPN from the host. Is there any specific configuration for the network adapter that can improve this scenario. The software used to connect to the VPN is the VPN Check Point R75 build 835 002 205.
