I don't know why "File menu" is still not available even if I've re-setup Virtual Box 4.1.12. So I can't pass Ctrl-Alt-Del to Win 08 server.

What "File menu"? The "Insert Ctrl + Alt + Del" menu option is in the "Machine" menu of a running VM, and if you don't have that you either need to press Host + C to exit scaling mode, go to the mini toolbar if you're in fullscreen - or just hit Host + Del, which is the hot key for sending Ctrl-Alt-Del to a VM...
