Please help.. I'm not sure where i have gone wrong here. My 2003 server is stuck at the beginning load screen and dosn't go further. It will boot into safe mode which is good however i'm not sure where to go from here.
I have tried to change all the settings i can back and forth however i'm still stuck.

I have been searching the forums however havn't found any answers that work (yet)

Can you tell what happened between the time this worked and when it failed? Power failure, hang and power off, Etc..
Have you been noticing issues with the host as well that would indicate a HDD failure being imminent?

I have the image parked on a windows 7 machine that my wie uses.. I think it locked up and she rebooted.. We have not been having problems with the hard drive.

Only sure fire way to recover is to restore from backup or clone. Other than that you might try to use the install media and perform a repair, but the error message sure looks like drive issues. You said you tried changing settings, are you sure you put it back to the original settings?

Guess i should be doing more saving of my work.. Luckly i backed up my DB since my last changes.. I will look around for proper way to clone and restore from clone for my next image.. And i will log in using the safe mode to make sure i have everything.
