I think you need to install the extension pack. USB2 is not available until that is done. See section 1.5 of the user manual for more information, including installation instructions.

installato quello, espansione usb. ho provato a configurare il tutto ma nn cambia niente.

I see nothing wrong in the log. You might want to try reinstalling the VirtualBox software, making sure you are installing for the correct user, and have the necessary administation privileges, and do not leave out any of the optional components.

fatto, reinstallato tutto anche l'espansione ma adesso esce un altro errore.

si,l'ho reinstallato l'estensione del pacco usb.. ma mi da sempre errore quando clicco in basso a destra per attivare la usb.

The log says you are running VirtualBox v4.1.0. You installed the extension pack for v4.1.18. I suggest you uninstall VirtualBox completely (again). Download VirtualBox v4.1.18 from here and install. Then reinstall the extension v4.1.18 extension pack.
