sorry for admin.

i'm a new comers for virtualbox. i'm using it for XP on ubuntu.
i'm using ubuntu 11.10. everything normal until today
when i click the virtual box, the picture appear as attach.

please someone help me because i have important data in virtual box.
how can i get my data back..

Sounds like the machine was shut down while the guest was running. Read the location in your screen shot and see if there is a xp2.vbox-prev file. If so you try renaming it to xp2.vbox.

Backup both files before.
