Double Panic after installing Mac OSX updates

Hi, I have installed Max OS Leopard into Virtual Box, after installing the updates, so I can get the latest version of MAC Leopard 10.6.8 it tried to reboot, and got the following message,

Not sure why, I need the latest version because I want to install Xcode software.
I have AMD processor.
