Hello
I have googled this and searched this forum, but couldn't find the answer.
My machine has two harddrives, one with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and the other with Windows 7 x64.
I would like to be able to run Virtual Box on my Windows harddrive and use it to run the Linux install on the other. This is because sometimes I need to use Windows, but would also like to still be able to use the Linux install as well. I do also boot into the Linux install at times too.
Is this possible?
Thank you very much for your help,
Richard Hughes

Re: Boot physical Hard Drive Image
It's in the VirtualBox manual
Read the warnings carefully. Since this is for expert users only it is not for everyone.

Re: [SOLVED] Boot physical Hard Drive Image
VBoxSDL is currently primarily used internally for debugging VirtualBox and therefore not officially supported
I am confused. Will anyone explain this part of the manual for me?

I could. If you could explain why on earth you posted a question about VBoxSDL in a topic that has absolutely nothing to do with VBoxSDL.Barbados wrote:Will anyone explain this part of the manual for me?
