Hello,

I have done a lot of studying into this issue but I still can not get it to work. Simply put my guest can see the hosts but the hosts can not see the guests. I have put it into bridged mode but it hasn't worked.

Any help and any other information needed I can limitedy provide as this is for a client of mine.

Not much to go on. Bridged is a good first step, what about firewalls/virus software? If you can't provide structural information I would suggest you using wireshark to tract down where it is failing.
