Hello, I am having a recurring problem with the accidental use of CmdC in a Windows 7 VM running on MacOSX (when trying to copy). This has the habitat of stopping the VM from refreshing each time you do something in Windows - the only solution I have found is to flip backwards and forward between another window/application running on the MacOSX and the Windows VM to force a manual refresh of the screen enough times to the point where I can shutdown Windows VM and then reload. While I should not accidentally make the CmdC keystroke in Windows7 VM I do and it would be great to know how to restore the refreshing of the Windows7 VM if I make this error (rather than having to shutdown the VM and restart it). Any solutions/ideas would be great.

You're actually not talking about the Control key at all, are you?

If you're talking about the default OS X setup where the left Command key is the VirtualBox Host key, then Command-C should switch the VM into scale mode. If that doesn't work on your system, you need to open a proper ticket on the public bug tracker (after seeing if others already reported the same issue) and provide relevant details.

Normally, another Command-C keystroke should get the VM out of the scale mode again. That's how it works here, but I also don't have any problems with scale mode. The scale mode can also be controlled from the VM's View menu.
