My question is, I am using Virtual box on Windows 2008 r2 and create a Virtual Machine by Using Windows 2008r2 with MS Exchange 2010. now i wanted to acces my new created Virtual Machine from outside world for active email system, which network mode can used for it. that can able to access it by a Static live ip.

You will need to use bridged mode. In bridged mode the vm thinks that is directly linked the physical NIC in the host. It will behave as if it is another machine on the same network as the host.
