VirtualBox Unable To Start

Hi..
I've just bought new laptop Asus N46VM V3036D. I installed win 7 ultimate 64 bit. I run with VirtualBox 4.1.18. And my problem is I can't get VB Interface started but sometimes I can. I think the problem is ELAN Smart Pad. Because when I disable "two finger - popup menu" in Mouse Properties then I restart the windows then I can get VB started. But when I restart system again the problem is back.
I've check log file in .VirtualBox folder and in VirtualBox VMs. But the log file is does not exist. I mean when VB not started the log file is not generated.
I don't know where is the problem ? Plz someone give me solution.
