VirtualBox 4.1.18 Display Sizing Problems at Initialization

Folks,
I installed a RHEL 6+ Guest VM in the Windows 7 Host, along with the Extension Pack and Guest additions, and Now I have display sizing problems at Boot, and the VM just hangs. Examining the log file I get the following error with 2D and 3D enabled;
ERROR [COM]: aRC=VBOX_E_IPRT_ERROR (0x80bb0005) aIID={09eed313-cd56-4d06-bd56-fac0f716b5dd} aComponent={Display} aText={Could not take a screenshot (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED)}, preserve=false
And then;
The displays size seems to be re-sizing to fullscreen and then flips to regular size and back and forth, And then the VM just hangs;
I am therefore forced to send an AHCI Power Reset to Shutdown the VM. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?
