VirtualBox: 4.1.18
Windows 7 Professional.
I just installed the Oracle Virtual Box and in the window "VirtualBox - Settings" I see the error:
"On the Network page, host IPv4 network mask of VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter is wrong"
In the window "Host-only Network Detais" in page "DHCP Server" I have:
"Enable Server:" Checked
"Server Address:" 192.168.56.100
"Server Mask:" 255.255.255.0
"Lower Address Bound:" 192.168.56.100
"UpperAddress Bound:" 192.168.56.199
All values are default of installation.
In page "Adapter" I have:
"IPv4 Address:" 0.0.0.0
"IPv4 Network Address:" 0.0.0.0
"IPv6 Address:" disabled
"IPv6 Network Mask Length:" disabled
All value are default.
If I change the values in page "Adapter" for instance:
"IPv4 Address:" 192.168.56.101
"IPv4 Network Address:" 255.255.255.0
And press ok, the values are OK, but if I leave and enter again in the window "Host-only Network Detais", the values return to the default value (0.0.0.0) and the message "On the Network page, host IPv4 network mask of VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter is wrong" appears again.
So far has not created any virtual machine.
Can you help me?
