Is it possible to run XEN on OpenSuse 11.1 guest?
I installed it successfully, but when I try to run it, I the only thing that shows up is black screen. Has anyone done that already?

That's not possible if the XEN guest wants to use VT-x or AMD-V. If you want to run a paravirtualized guest, then this could work. In that case, VirtualBox must run in VT-x / AMD-V mode. But we didn't test this combination and don't support it officially.
