Disabling Audio Inputs completely

I use ASIO4ALL to achieve low latency on windows clients (osx host). The problem is I have to disable the audio inputs in ASIO4ALL and select "HD audio headphone" instead of "HD Audio Speaker" to avoid glitches.This would be fine if the settings were remembered every time i tried to use the ASIO4ALL driver, but they are not.

Is there any way to completely remove the audio inputs and 6 chan HD Audio Speaker output from the virtual box audio driver?
