Set new Vm defaults

Is there a way I can set the defaults for new VMs. There are changes I have to make to all machines, such as video ram and shared folders. Would like these to be automatic. If this is already covered somewhere, I apologize. I could not find the info

yes but this is not a normal user function. Meaning you would need to edit the source code and recompile.
You can also create a build script that will build you guest for you using VBoxManage.
