QNX can't install

I try to instal QNX on VirtualBox but I can't. Try with all, re-install, use other disk image but only send this log:

Please post the guests log file, as a zipped attachment please. The log file is called "VBox.log" and can be found in the "Logs" subfolder of the VM folder.

Anyway, I think I see the problem :-

So, you have 135MB RAM available on your host, but you've allocated 517MB plus sundries to your guest. I'm afraid that isn't going to work.

Just use the predefined features for QNX by VirtualBox, change the RAM size and change memory available

The only solution is adding more RAM to your host. You can't squeeze a quart into a pint pot, as the Americans say.

I just add more RAM to my Mac and not resolve the problem.
