VBox 4.1.16 and 4.1.18 guest crash Win7

Hello -
I have a guest machine Win7 32bit running on host Win7 64bit. Before I upgraded to 4.1.16 all worked well. After I started getting errors. Not blue screen, but the Virtual machine instance would just stop and I'd get a dialog box saying Oracle VM VirtualBox manager has stopped working.
I upgraded to 4.1.18 and I'm getting the same result. I have other guests Win2008 and no problem.
I am offered a debug window and this is Visual Studio output.

It happens constantly, after about a minute of turning on the guest.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
